 Joomla.org today announced the first Stable release of Joomla! 1.5...great news for the whole Joomla! community - congratulations to the Joomla! team who have worked so hard over the past few months to bring a new milestone in open-source CMS to the masses!

 The five/point series of templates have now been rolled into one convienient package which is available for download now.
Fivepoint/unity combines all the great features of it's predecessors, giving you the option to choose between dark and light primary styles via the Template Manager.
The original templates are still available for download should users prefer to use a single package only.
Fivepoint/unity V1.0.1 will be available following the release of Joomla 1.5 RC3 and adds additional features, bug fixes, and a more usable, customizable code layout.

Hot on the trail of five/point comes this spectacular clean, white variant - white/point! This new template is available now for Joomla! 1.5, and is our second entry for the Joomla! 1.5 template competition at Joomla.org.
white/point has all the features of fiv/point but with a revample colour set and style.
Features include:
- Five pre-loaded color styles
- Real time style switcher
- Insert your own sIFR site title & slogan
- Choose from 3 built-in font styles
- Enable and change the height of the top bar, or disable it altogether
- Choose your right column width, and whether it auto-collapses or not
- Set the template to a center or left alignment
- Choose to show or hide the content skip button, the ColorSwitcher, the breadcrumbs, and the component output
- Enable and disable the sIFR titles (or replace with normal text)
- Toggle the Joomla banner on and off
The template is also:
- XHTML1.0 compliant
- CSS2 compliant
- Section 508 compliant

 On the 21st July the Joomla! team released the first Release Candidate of the new-generation Joomla! CMS platform, Joomla! 1.5. Following on from this exciting release, toolbox:creations will remain commited to developing for the new version - both in our website developments and template releases. The new version implements some amazing new templating features, so expect some incredible templates in the following months...
We are planning an updated, native 1.5 release of Officestyle Lite which will available for FREE download in the next few weeks. We are also hoping to release an updated, streamlined and fully CSS-based version of this popular template exclusively for the new platform.
Please note that until final release we will still be developing on the 1.0x platform (latest version is 1.0.13 at the time of writing).
